By creating an account, downloading, or playing Archipelagoons (“the Game”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

CRITICAL NOTICE: Archipelagoons is in early pre-alpha development. The game is experimental, contains bugs, missing features, and may experience frequent crashes, data loss, or other technical issues. YOU PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

• Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

SECURITY RECOMMENDATION: Use a unique password for Archipelagoons that you don’t use elsewhere. While we encrypt passwords, using a unique password protects you against potential security issues during development.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt the game experience.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Use offensive language or inappropriate usernames
• Share account credentials with others
• Attempt to hack or compromise game servers
• Engage in real money trading of game items

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Content you create in-game (buildings, chat messages, character names) must:

• Comply with applicable laws
• Not infringe on others’ intellectual property
• Not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material
• Not promote illegal activities

We may remove any content that violates these guidelines.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Game, including all content, features, graphics, and software, is owned by SuperRad. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to play the Game. You do not acquire ownership rights to any game content.

8. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND CURRENCY

• All virtual items, currency, and character progress have no real-world value
• Virtual items cannot be transferred outside the game
• We may modify or remove virtual items at any time
• No refunds for virtual items (as the game is currently free)

9. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
